Technical Marketing Operations Specialist (Media Buying Support)

$$$

Ever had a landing page go down mid-campaign, or a domain get flagged out of nowhere โ€” and you already knew exactly what to do before anyone else even noticed?

If you thrive in fast-moving performance marketing environments where speed and precision matter more than meetings - this role is for you.

About the Company

We are an international performance marketing company focused on building and scaling high-converting acquisition funnels across multiple markets and traffic sources.

Our business runs on speed, testing, and infrastructure that never breaks. While our media buyers push traffic and test offers, someone needs to make sure domains stay alive, tracking stays clean, and landing pages deploy in minutes.

We don't believe in "figure it out as you go." Every campaign needs a solid technical foundation, and every minute of downtime costs money.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Marketing Operations Specialist to own the technical infrastructure behind our media buying operations.

You won't manage ad spend or build marketing strategy. Instead, you'll sit at the intersection of tech and traffic โ€” the dedicated "Tech Ops" backbone that media buyers rely on to launch, track, and troubleshoot campaigns without delay.

What You'll Do

Campaign Technical Setup

  • Create and configure new campaigns inside our tracker (Keitaro)
  • Upload, organize, and deploy landing pages based on media buyer requests

Domain & DNS Management

  • Purchase, configure, and maintain domain portfolios
  • Handle DNS records (A records, CNAME, TXT) to connect domains seamlessly to our tracker and servers

Anti-Detect Browser Management

  • Set up, organize, and maintain user profiles inside AdsPower (or similar anti-detect browsers like Multilogin/Gologin)
  • Ensure proxy integration and fingerprint settings are correctly configured

Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance

  • Rapidly diagnose and fix broken links, tracking discrepancies, redirection issues, or domain bans

What You Bring

Must Have

  • Hands-on experience with self-hosted trackers, ideally Keitaro (or closely related alternatives like Voluum, Binom, or RedTrack)
  • Understanding of how postbacks, lander tokens, and redirect rules work
  • Hands-on experience with anti-detect browsers (specifically AdsPower) and proxy management (residential, mobile, ISP proxies)
  • Solid understanding of domains, hosting, SSL certificates, and DNS routing
  • Basic affiliate marketing vocabulary (CPA, lander, offer, pixel, postback URL)
  • High-velocity computer skills โ€” you thrive in environments where setups need to happen accurately and urgently

Nice to Have

  • Basic HTML/CSS skills, enough to tweak a landing page or swap out a link
  • Experience managing large domain portfolios
  • Familiarity with high-volume paid traffic operations

What You Get

  • Direct Impact: Your speed and precision directly determine how fast media buyers can launch, test, and scale campaigns.
  • Performance-Focused Culture: Work in an environment built around execution and results โ€” not unnecessary meetings and bureaucracy.
  • Ownership & Autonomy: Take full ownership of the technical infrastructure and have the freedom to build systems your own way.
  • Continuous Learning: Work alongside experienced media buyers and analysts while deepening your expertise in the affiliate tech stack.
  • International Team: Join a global team working across multiple GEOs and traffic sources.
