LinkedIn Ghostwriter - Refine, Polish and Prep Posts (Drafts Provided)

We are Alba Talent (albatalent.io). Your writing goes out under our two founders' names. It starts real conversations that turn into revenue. Our founders already write raw LinkedIn post drafts using AI, about 15 a week. What is missing is someone to own turning these drafts into finished, ready-to-post content, and managing replies and comments too. This is a real, ongoing job, not a one-time task, and it grows as our content output grows.

Your daily tasks:

1. Take a raw draft and rewrite it into a finished LinkedIn post, in our founders' voice.

2. Format the post: hook line, spacing, hashtags if needed.

3. Reply to comments and messages on published posts, using notes we give you. You will not log in to our founders' personal LinkedIn accounts yourself.

4. Tell us if a draft is weak, instead of forcing a bad rewrite.

What we need from you:

- Real experience ghostwriting LinkedIn posts for a founder or executive, with real posts you can show that performed well. We want someone already doing this, not someone new to LinkedIn writing.

- Excellent written English. You understand LinkedIn tone and hooks, not just general writing.

- Comfortable working from someone else's rough draft, not writing from a blank page.

Pay: $6-9 per hour to start. The strongest applications start at the top of that range. This is a 30-day paid trial. After 30 days, if you meet the goals below, pay moves to $8-10 per hour.

What gets you to $8-10 per hour:

A clean 30-day trial. This means: turn around about 15 posts a week, consistently. Few revision requests from Henry and Scott. Answer comments and messages within 24 hours. Do this and your pay goes up.

1. Share one LinkedIn post you ghostwrote that performed well. What was the hook? Why did it work?

2. How would you turn a rough draft (bullet points, a voice note) into a finished post? Walk us through your steps.
