Kitbees is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform for DTC and e-commerce brands in the US. We help brands discover creators, score brand safety, and track per-creator ROI. We're a small, product-led team with a live product and pilot clients โ€” now scaling our outbound pipeline.

 

The Role
You own the top of the funnel: everything from finding the right prospect to a warmed-up conversation ready for a founder-led demo. You will not run demos or close โ€” that stays with the founding team. Your job is to keep our calendar full of qualified conversations.

This is part-time (~20 hrs/week), remote, with flexible hours.

 

What you'll do

  • Identify and research ICP accounts on LinkedIn (US DTC / e-commerce brands, marketing and creator/influencer decision-makers)
  • Build targeted prospect lists and segments using Sales Navigator and enrichment tools
  • Run and iterate personalized outreach sequences (LinkedIn-first, email secondary)
  • Handle the back-and-forth with prospects up to the point they're qualified and ready for a demo
  • Qualify against our criteria and hand warm leads to the founders
  • Keep lead data and pipeline status clean and up to date
  • Test messaging hypotheses and report what's working

     

What we're looking for

  • 1โ€“3 years in B2B SDR / lead generation, ideally for SaaS selling to Western (US/EU) markets
  • Strong written English โ€” natural, human, native-sounding. This is non-negotiable; you'll be writing to US marketers under our brand
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach/enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, or similar)
  • Commercial thinking โ€” you can read a prospect, spot the pain, and adapt copy, not just paste templates
  • Self-directed and organized; comfortable owning a process solo

     

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to DTC / e-commerce brands
  • Background in influencer marketing, martech, or creator economy
  • Familiarity with CRM and basic outbound analytics
