Softsich is an international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We're looking for an experienced Senior Sports Product Manager to own and develop one of our key product directions across multiple brands and international markets.


 

This is not a feature-delivery role โ€” it is a product ownership role. You will define the product roadmap, drive strategic initiatives, analyze business performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable product growth and an outstanding user experience.



Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience in high-scale B2C/B2B  digital products or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital product mechanics, promotional features, user engagement, monetization, and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience working with third-party product platforms or provider back-office systems.
  • Experience launching and evaluating customer-facing promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make product decisions based on data and business metrics.
  • Good understanding of international markets, customer behaviour, and regional product adaptations.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Intermediate+ English (written and spoken).

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Sports product roadmap, including quarterly and monthly planning in Jira.
  • Drive product initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis and KPI definition through delivery, launch, and post-release evaluation.
  • Define market priorities across brands and GEOs, adapting product initiatives to regional customer needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor and improve key product performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and translating insights into product decisions.
  • Work with analytical tools and product data to evaluate feature performance, user engagement, and business impact.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize seasonal campaigns, promotional mechanics, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional product launches together with CRM, Marketing, Design, Analytics, Operations, and other business stakeholders.
  • Configure and manage promotional mechanics, campaign rules, templates, and customer-facing product settings within third-party platforms.
  • Own relationships with external platform providers, driving new feature adoption, integrations, operational improvements, and roadmap alignment.
  • Manage product content, merchandising, and customer experience across multiple brands and international markets.
  • Document product processes, establish best practices, and contribute to scalable operational standards across the product organization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution, remove delivery blockers, and continuously improve product performance.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
  • Experience with PostHog, Hotjar, or similar product analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of CRM mechanics and customer segmentation.
  • Experience working with multi-brand or white-label products.
  • Understanding of fraud prevention and risk management principles within digital products.
