BetVam is a licensed Ukrainian iGaming operator currently in the active pre-launch phase, building its core business processes and product from the ground up.

As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a Product Manager who will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering features that create value for both players and the business.

🎯 About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product execution across our sportsbook and casino platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, platform providers, development teams, CRM, Marketing, Payments, and Customer Support to ensure successful feature delivery and continuous product improvement.

♠️ Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate feature development with internal teams and external platform providers.
• Manage product releases, feature rollouts, and post-release improvements.
• Work closely with Development, QA, CRM, Marketing, Payments, Fraud, Support, and Operations teams.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and player behaviour data.
• Identify opportunities to improve player experience, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Coordinate implementation of new games, payment methods, promotional mechanics, tournaments, and platform features.
• Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
• Participate in product testing and acceptance before releases.
• Stay up to date with iGaming market trends, competitors, and new technologies.

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry (Casino, Sportsbook, Betting, or Gambling).
• Strong understanding of online gaming products and player lifecycle.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and feature delivery.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and user stories.
• Experience working closely with software development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency at a business level

• Experience launching new iGaming products or brands.
• Experience working with third-party gaming platform providers.
• Knowledge of sportsbook operations and casino products.
• Familiarity with player segmentation, CRM, retention, and promotional mechanics.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of regulated gambling markets.
• Experience working in startup or pre-launch environments.
