Head of Affiliates

We’re looking for a Head / Lead of Affiliates to own and scale our global affiliate program, with a strong focus on LATAM. In this role, you'll build strategic partnerships, define commercial models, and lead the team driving one of our key growth channels.

What You'll Do:

• Own and lead the global affiliate strategy with a strong focus on LATAM markets
• Build, scale, and optimize the affiliate program to drive sustainable growth and revenue
• Lead and mentor the affiliate team (hiring, structuring, performance management)
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships with top-tier affiliates and networks
• Define commercial models (RS, CPA, Hybrid) and lead high-level negotiations
• Oversee affiliate performance analytics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize ROI at scale
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPI targets across regions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Payments, and BI teams
• Ensure alignment of affiliate activities with overall business goals and brand positioning
• Drive innovation in affiliate acquisition strategies, tools, and processes

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming
• Proven experience in a Lead / Head role or strong readiness to step up
• Deep understanding of LATAM markets (must-have)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Advanced analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Affiliate Tracking Platforms (GR8 is a plus)
• English level B2+
