We are looking for a strong HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a new iGaming project at the pre-launch stage. This is a hands-on role focused on building and maintaining strong HR operations while supporting business growth through effective recruitment. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of Ukrainian labour legislation, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage both HR administration and hiring activities.

What you’ll do (day to day)

HR administration

  • Manage all HR administration in compliance with Ukrainian labor legislation.
  • Advise managers on HR matters and Ukrainian labor law.
  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation, contracts, amendments, and HR records.
  • Ensure accurate employee onboarding, probation management, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain HR documentation and personnel files.
  • Support compliance with internal HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate employee leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple positions.
  • Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interview processes.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes as the company scales.

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and HR administration.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience preparing HR documentation and maintaining personnel records.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate or higher English Business level
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming, IT, or tech industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or pre-launch environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR reporting and HR process automation.
