We are now seeking a data-driven, growth-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive team. In this role, you will hold the keys to our global marketing engine, driving user acquisition, scaling our presence in the US and Europe, and directly influencing Zutobi’s long-term profitability.

Founded in 2018 with roots in Sweden, Zutobi creates engaging, country- and state-specific educational products. Headquartered in Stockholm, we operate as a fully remote, agile team.

Our impact hasn’t gone unnoticed: in March 2023, Zutobi was recognized at the EdTech Awards (the world’s largest recognition program for education technology), winning the “Test Prep Solution” category and being named a finalist for “E-learning/Remote Solution”.

Why our product wins

We turn boring driver manual books into interactive, bite-sized lessons with original visuals and gamified mechanics. We are currently present in 6 major markets (USA, UK, Sweden, Germany, France, Australia) and are actively looking to expand our footprint.

 

About you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including leading positions.
  • Deep understanding of core acquisition platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, ASA).
  • Experience scaling products in US and/or European markets with $100k+ budget/month.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Track record of designing high-level marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Advanced level of English.

Will be a plus:

  • Prior experience working with OKRs and cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience working with mobile apps

     

About your responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and execute the global marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and mentor high-performing User Acquisition, Creative Production, and Brand Marketing teams.
  • Confidently allocate and optimize a monthly marketing budget of $100k+, ensuring strong ROAS and CAC.
  • Build and maintain high-quality relationships with marketing partners.
