Claude Code AI Prototyping HR SaaS Specialist

We are looking for a strong AI Prototyping Specialist / Claude Code Product Engineer to permanently support our product and concept team.

Your main responsibility will be to turn product ideas, meeting notes, feature concepts, and UX requirements into clickable prototypes and structured software mockups. These prototypes will later be used by our development team as the basis for implementation.

This is not a classical backend or frontend developer role. We are looking for someone who can work very fast with Claude Code and modern AI development tools, but who also understands product logic, user flows, UI/UX structure, and software concepts.

You will work closely with the product owner, management, and the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain clickable prototypes and software mockups
• Translate meeting summaries, product ideas, and rough concepts into structured prototype screens
• Suggest practical implementation ideas and product improvements
• Create clear user flows, UI structures, and interaction logic
• Work with Claude Code on a very high level
• Manage branches, deployments, and prototype versions
• Prepare prototypes so developers can understand and implement them efficiently
• Improve existing prototype screens based on feedback
• Think critically and challenge unclear requirements

Requirements:

• Very strong experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools
• Good understanding of frontend prototypes, UI structure, and user flows
• Experience with Git, branches, pull requests, and deployments
• Very good English skills, especially for reading and interpreting meeting summaries
• Ability to work independently from rough input
• Strong product thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly understand complex business processes
• Reliable communication and structured working style

Nice to have:

• Product Owner, Business Analyst, or UI/UX background
• Experience with HR tech, recruiting software, ERP, CRM, or SaaS products
• Experience with React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Lovable, Cursor, Manus, v0, or similar tools
• Experience creating prototypes for development teams
• Ukrainian language skills are a plus, but English is required
