Junior IT Sales / Lead Generation Specialist (AI-First)
We're looking for a Junior IT Sales & Lead Generation Specialist who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and helping companies solve real business problems through technology.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, business development, customer success, recruitment, or other client-facing roles, plus personal initiatives that demonstrate your interest in sales, technology, or AI.
At Flexipy, you'll work with international clients across SaaS, AI, and business automation. Your primary goal is to generate qualified business opportunities by identifying potential clients, starting meaningful conversations, and supporting the sales process.
We believe modern sales professionals should know how to collaborate with AI, not compete against it. Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and similar tools are part of our daily workflow. We expect every team member to use AI responsibly to improve research, communication, and productivity.
Core Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, business development, recruitment, customer success, or similar client-facing roles
- Understanding of software development services and the IT industry
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, Apollo, email outreach, or similar lead generation platforms
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and work independently
AI Sales Skills
- Daily experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
- Ability to write effective prompts for research, outreach, proposals, and client communication
- Experience using AI for lead research, personalized outreach, proposal preparation, meeting summaries, CRM updates, and follow-ups
- Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated content instead of using it without verification
- Curiosity to explore new AI tools and improve sales workflows
Communication & Professional Skills
- English level: B2+ (written and spoken) — comfortable communicating directly with international clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients that match our ideal customer profile
- Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Apollo, email outreach, and other channels
- Write personalized outreach messages and proposals using AI tools
- Start conversations with potential clients and qualify opportunities
- Maintain and organize the CRM and sales pipeline
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication
- Track outreach performance and suggest improvements
- Collaborate closely with the founder and engineering team to better understand our services and client needs
- Continuously improve your sales, communication, and AI skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Upwork
- Experience with Apollo, Instantly, Clay, or similar outbound tools
- Experience using HubSpot, Pipedrive, or other CRM systems
- Basic understanding of SaaS, AI, or custom software development
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n

Compensation
$500–800/month, depending on your experience, communication skills, and interview results.
Performance-based commission for every client you successfully source who becomes a paying customer. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
