IT Support, Systems Administrator, Web Developer

We are looking for a proactive and versatile IT Support, Systems Administrator & Web Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, maintaining cybersecurity, and building and maintaining company websites.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and maintain company websites and landing pages.
• Design and implement basic web solutions to support business operations.
• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including a network of up to 10 workstations.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Configure and maintain VPN connections for secure remote access.
• Install, manage, and monitor antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation and hardware/software inventory.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and technology providers when required.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in website development and maintenance.
• Experience building websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience managing a small office IT environment (up to 10 computers).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience configuring and supporting VPN solutions.
• Knowledge of antivirus, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls).
• Experience with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Experience supporting fintech or financial services companies is an advantage.
