We're an investor-backed, fast-growing team that partners closely with our clients to drive measurable results β€” and we're growing our Campaign Specialist team in Ukraine.

 

About the role As a Campaign Specialist, you'll own the setup, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn advertising campaigns for our US-based clients. You'll work closely with a global cross-functional team β€” strategists, account managers, and creative β€” to turn campaign objectives into results.

 

What you'll do

 

  • Set up and configure LinkedIn ad campaigns aligned to client objectives and overall strategy
  • Segment audiences based on market demographics to drive new and repeat business
  • Monitor performance daily across multiple client accounts (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and more)
  • Assist with LinkedIn conversion tracking setup (LinkedIn Insight Tag)
  • Partner with the creative team to ensure ad assets are on-spec and delivered on time
  • Deliver regular, accurate performance reports to stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and resolve them quickly
  • Contribute insights that shape client strategy
  • Support QBR prep and LinkedIn ad proposal development as needed
  • Stay current on LinkedIn advertising trends and best practices

     

What we're looking for

 

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads / LinkedIn Campaign Manager (agency or in-house)
  • Understanding of the full-funnel approach (TOF/MOF/BOF)
  • Ability to build clear performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills β€” comfortable working with performance data and KPIs
  • Creative problem-solving approach to campaign configuration
  • Clear communicator, comfortable collaborating with a distributed, global team
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) is a plus
  • Fluent English (you'll be working directly with a US client base)
  • Ability to work core hours Mon–Fri, 11:00–20:00 (GMT+2), with some flexibility for global team collaboration
