Customer Support Specialist โ€“ Convertix.io

 

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our users and ensure a great customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
  • Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot common problems.
  • Escalate technical issues to the development team when needed.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and product guidance.
  • Document recurring issues and customer feedback.
  • Help maintain support documentation and FAQs.

     

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
  • Experience with SaaS products or support platforms is a plus.
