We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our users and ensure a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot common problems.
- Escalate technical issues to the development team when needed.
- Assist with customer onboarding and product guidance.
- Document recurring issues and customer feedback.
Help maintain support documentation and FAQs.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
- Experience with SaaS products or support platforms is a plus.
