Responsibilities:
 

Office Management

Organizing and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and consumables.

Communicating and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.

Managing office-related expenses and administrative processes.

Coordinating office maintenance, repairs, and workspace management.

Organizing courier services, mail, and deliveries.

Maintaining a comfortable, organized, and productive office environment.

Organizing internal events, meetings, and team activities.

Assisting with onboarding and administrative support for employees.

 

Executive Support
 

Providing administrative and operational support to company leadership

Organizing business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers etc.

Handling business and personal-related requests.

Coordinating online and offline meetings.

Communicating with partners, clients, and internal teams.

Researching and organizing information upon request.

Supporting daily operational and administrative activities.

Managing schedules, priorities, and follow-ups when needed.

 

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and high level of responsibility

Proactive mindset and ability to make independent decisions
