BI Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join a blockchain company and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring solutions.
• Write efficient and scalable SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality control processes.

• Support the definition, tracking, and optimization of business metrics.

   

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders at various levels.
