Communication Language
Our team communicates internally in Russian, so all day-to-day communication is conducted in Russian. The interview process will also be held in Russian.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source and recruit UGC creators through platforms such as Insense, Billo, Tribe, Minisocial, and other relevant channels.
2. Identify creators who match specific customer personas, brand requirements, and creative briefs.
3. Launch and manage UGC campaigns from creator selection through final content delivery.
4. Communicate creative briefs, deliverables, deadlines, and content production requirements to creators.
5. Negotiate rates, deadlines, revisions, and content usage rights with creators.
6. Maintain ongoing communication with creators and ensure projects are delivered on time.
7. Review submitted content to ensure it aligns with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
8. Provide clear, actionable feedback and coordinate revisions when necessary.
9. Manage the content production pipeline, schedules, creator database, and reporting dashboards.
10. Ensure a consistent weekly flow of high-quality UGC content.
11. Collaborate closely with creative strategists, video editors, designers, and media buyers.
12. Track creator and content performance, identify top-performing creators, and build long-term partnerships with them.
13. Continuously test new creators, content formats, UGC platforms, and sourcing channels.
