We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who knows the iGaming market inside out and can successfully attract top talent in a highly competitive environment.
This role goes beyond traditional recruitment. We are looking for someone who can act as a true hiring partner for the business: understand hiring needs behind every request, build effective search strategies, engage passive candidates, and help us bring the right people into the company.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and a dedicated Sourcer while taking ownership of the recruitment process and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition function.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience within the iGaming, Gambling, Casino, Sportsbook, or Betting industry
  • Strong track record of successfully closing middle, senior, and leadership-level positions
  • Experience hiring for functions such as Affiliate, Media Buying, SEO, Product, CRM, Operations, and other business-critical roles
  • Strong headhunting and direct search expertise
  • Ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates
  • Experience working with candidate objections and competing offers
  • Deep understanding of candidate motivation and decision-making factors
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate evaluations
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
  • Strong ownership, business mindset, and attention to detail
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher

    What You'll Do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, team dynamics, and success profiles for each role
  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies for complex and business-critical positions
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market research, and headhunting
    Identify and engage "our" people across the iGaming market
  • Represent the company and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential candidates
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and confidently handle objections when needed
  • Conduct interviews and provide high-quality candidate assessments to hiring managers
  • Collaborate closely with a Sourcer to maximize hiring efficiency and candidate quality
  • Maintain ATS data and ensure recruitment processes remain organized and scalable
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements, hiring standards, and best practices

    Nice to Have:
  • Experience recruiting across international markets, including Europe and LATAM
  • Experience hiring leadership and strategic business roles
  • Experience building or improving recruitment processes and frameworks
  • Knowledge of talent market trends within iGaming
