We're looking for a 3D Generalist to join our team and create environment assets for our mobile open-world game โ buildings, locations, props, and territories that shape the game world.
You'll work closely with the lead artist and technical artists, producing optimized assets with clean topology and strong performance on mobile devices.
What You'll Do
- Create game-ready 3D environment assets: buildings, territory objects, and props for an open world
- Model both hard-surface and organic objects (architecture, landscape elements, decor)
- Texture assets using a PBR workflow for Unity
- Assemble and dress scenes/locations from finished assets (level dressing)
- Optimize assets for mobile platforms (LOD, topology, UVs, texture size, draw calls)
- Work with modular systems (modular building kits, kit-bashing)
What We Expect
- Confident skills in a 3D package
- Understanding of hard-surface modeling and architectural forms
- Knowledge of PBR texturing and baking
- Experience optimizing assets for mobile platforms
- Understanding of modular approaches to environment building
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Understanding of game production pipelines
Nice to Have
- Experience texturing environments
- Experience building open game worlds or large-scale locations
- Interest in procedural environment generation tools
- Experience with vegetation/landscape systems
