Product Analyst (Online Casino / Power BI)

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our growing iGaming team.

As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding player behavior, measuring product performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic business decisions through data.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze player behavior and customer lifecycle
• Monitor and improve key product metrics
• Conduct retention, churn, cohort, and LTV analysis
• Analyze player journeys and conversion funnels
• Evaluate traffic quality and acquisition performance
• Build reports and dashboards for Product and Management teams
• Identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks
• Support decision-making through actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Affiliate teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics
• Previous experience in iGaming, Online Casino, or Sportsbook
• Strong understanding of Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, Conversion Funnels
• Experience with Power BI and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations

Nice to Have:

• Affiliate marketing analytics experience
• CRM analytics experience
• Knowledge of player segmentation and lifecycle management
