Responsibilities will include recruitment โ€” sourcing, screening, and hiring up to six vacancies per quarter โ€” as well as supporting the team with operational HR tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring up to six vacancies per quarter.
  • Support the onboarding process, including conducting welcome meetings and adaptation presentations.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, team-building activities, and tuition reimbursement programs.
  • Maintain and regularly update the employee database in the HR system (PeopleForce).
  • Maintain and revise company policies and HR tools, ensuring clear communication to all employees.

     

Hard Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role within an IT company.
  • Full-cycle recruitment of both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Strong interviewing skills, including experience conducting interviews.
  • Proven experience in organizing and supporting all HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, internal communications, HR policies).
  • Proficiency in HR systems management โ€” PeopleForce.
