Financial Manager (onsite/hybrid)

We are looking for a Financial Manager (onsite in Kyiv/Warsaw/Limassol) to join our team!

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis, payroll calculation, compensation, and benefits;
• Knowledge of HR processes;
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and accounting software (1C ERP);
• Strong data analysis and database management skills;
• Experience working with large volumes of information;
• Proficient in task management tools (Jira, CRM systems).

Will be plus

• Experience in process automation;
• Strong communication skills;
• Proficient in English (B2 level and above).

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and budgeting;
• Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Collaborating with the accounting, finance, and other departments on payroll, accrual, and payment-related matters;
• Reviewing the accuracy of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures;
• Providing financial guidance to employees and management regarding expenses, compensation, and related financial matters;
• Preparing regular reports, analytical summaries, and financial documentation;
• Using 1C ERP for payroll processing and payroll administration;
• Utilizing Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query) and other financial and analytical tools for data analysis and reporting;
• Working with corporate systems and tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, Jira, Odoo, and other ERP/CRM platforms;
• Participating in projects aimed at optimizing payroll processes and automating HR and financial operations;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of employees’ personal data and financial information.
