AI Creative Operations Manager

We are looking for an AI Creative Operations Manager to build and own our end-to-end creative production pipeline.

This role is focused on systems, workflows, and execution rather than traditional design. You will be responsible for establishing scalable processes for generating, testing, and iterating static and video creatives using AI tools.

We are looking for someone highly autonomous who can operate as an internal creative engine for the marketing team.
 

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI-powered creative production workflows
• Develop systems for generating large volumes of static and video creatives
• Create repeatable pipelines for ideation, prompting, asset generation, editing, and iteration
• Work with modern AI tools including Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT and similar platforms
• Produce marketing assets independently or coordinate freelancers when needed
• Build prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, and internal creative frameworks
• Continuously research emerging AI tools and integrate them into the workflow
• Collaborate closely with media buyers to analyze performance and rapidly iterate creatives
• Scale creative output while maintaining quality and consistency
 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creative production, content operations, creative strategy, or AI-assisted content creation
• Proven experience using AI tools for static and video generation
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid acquisition creatives
• Experience building processes rather than only designing assets manually
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly organized mindset with a focus on systems and efficiency
• Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and adapting quickly
 

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile apps, subscriptions, AI products, or consumer startups
• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom workflows
• Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
• Understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok creative best practices
