About Us

We are a fast-growing mobile app company developing subscription-based iOS applications. We work with mobile marketing, AI products, and international partners. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can help the founder stay focused on high-value work by handling operations and administrative tasks.

Remote (Worldwide)
 

Employment

Part-time (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to become full-time.
 

Responsibilities

• Manage the founder’s calendar and schedule meetings.
• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and business travel.
• Communicate with accountants, lawyers, company registrars, and other service providers.
• Track deadlines for company filings and important documents.
• Organize Google Drive, documents, contracts, and spreadsheets.
• Research conferences, networking events, investors, and business opportunities.
• Find and compare software tools, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
• Prepare reports and summarize research.
• Coordinate communication with contractors and partners.
• Follow up on open tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle general administrative tasks and special projects.
   

Requirements

• Excellent written English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools for research and productivity.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Assistant is a plus.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startups.
• Knowledge of mobile apps, SaaS, or digital marketing.
• Experience with Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
