AI Creative Operations Manager

We are looking for an AI Creative Operations Manager to build and own our end-to-end creative production pipeline.

This role is focused on systems, workflows, and execution rather than traditional design. You will be responsible for establishing scalable processes for generating, testing, and iterating static and video creatives using AI tools.

We are looking for someone highly autonomous who can operate as an internal creative engine for the marketing team.
 

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI-powered creative production workflows
• Develop systems for generating large volumes of static and video creatives
• Create repeatable pipelines for ideation, prompting, asset generation, editing, and iteration
• Work with modern AI tools including Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT and similar platforms
• Produce marketing assets independently or coordinate freelancers when needed
• Build prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, and internal creative frameworks
• Continuously research emerging AI tools and integrate them into the workflow
• Collaborate closely with media buyers to analyze performance and rapidly iterate creatives
• Scale creative output while maintaining quality and consistency
 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creative production, content operations, creative strategy, or AI-assisted content creation
• Proven experience using AI tools for static and video generation
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid acquisition creatives
• Experience building processes rather than only designing assets manually
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly organized mindset with a focus on systems and efficiency
• Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and adapting quickly
 

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile apps, subscriptions, AI products, or consumer startups
• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom workflows
• Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
• Understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok creative best practices

Основні задачі

• Запуск, ведення та масштабування рекламних кампаній для мобільних iOS-застосунків
• Робота з основними джерелами трафіку: Meta та іншими paid channels
• Щоденний аналіз performance-метрик і пошук точок росту
• Оптимізація кампаній за CPI, CPA, trial start, trial-to-paid, ROAS, retention, LTV
• Аналіз зв’язки креатив → трафік → продукт → монетизація
• Постановка та пріоритезація гіпотез по креативах, аудиторіях, підходах, оферах і воронці
• Робота з маркетинговою та продуктовою аналітикою
• Контроль якості атрибуції, подій, трекінгу, коректності даних
• Участь у формуванні roadmap тестів і масштабування
• Підготовка зрозумілих висновків і рекомендацій по росту

Що для нас важливо

• Досвід у User Acquisition / Performance Marketing від 2 років
• Практичний досвід роботи з мобільними застосунками, бажано subscription-based
• Впевнена робота з Meta Ads; досвід з Google Ads, TikTok або іншими джерелами буде плюсом

We are looking for a Media Buyer (Meta / TikTok / Google Ads) to scale subscription-based mobile applications across Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.

You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling user acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on profitability, creative testing, funnel optimization, and sustainable growth.

⚡ Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads
• Optimize campaigns towards CPA, ROAS, ROI, and subscription revenue
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels (Ad → App Store / Google Play → Trial → Subscription)
• Develop and test new creative concepts, hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities
• Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPI, CPA, Trial Conversion, ROAS, Retention, ARPU, and LTV
• Collaborate closely with designers to produce and iterate high-performing creatives
• Test new GEOs, audience segments, placements, campaign structures, and optimization strategies
• Analyze attribution data and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency
• Monitor traffic quality and identify performance fluctuations or tracking issues
   

✅ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and mobile user acquisition
• Experience promoting subscription-based mobile applications (Utilities, AI, VPN, Security, Cleaner, Productivity, etc.)
• Experience with mobile attribution platforms:
  • AppsFlyer
  • Adjust
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Google Analytics
• Experience working with:
  • Apple Search Ads (as a plus)
  • Google Play & App Store campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and optimize performance
• Proven experience scaling campaigns with significant advertising budgets
• Experience with Tier-1 markets (US, CA, UK, AU) is highly preferred
• English level B1+
