We are looking for a Graphic Designer 🚀

This role is focused on creating high-quality visual assets that support marketing, product, and brand initiatives across multiple projects. It is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced product environment, contribute to the development of strong brand identities, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, CRM, and Design.

What you’ll be doing
 

• Create and adapt marketing and product design assets, including banners, CRM communications, landing pages, and social media materials.
• Ensure all design outputs comply with brand guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Independently resolve design tasks related to composition, structure, and visual hierarchy.
• Maintain and update task status in project management systems.
• Meet deadlines and proactively communicate potential risks or blockers.
• Participate in design reviews and implement feedback received.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and support junior designers when needed.
• Contribute to the improvement of templates, design libraries, and internal team processes.

Our ideal candidate
 

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Ability to independently create design solutions and justify design decisions.
• Experience preparing assets for various digital channels.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for graphic generation and integrating them into design workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating efficiently within a team.
