You'll combine strong visual taste with direct response thinking, rapid experimentation, performance data, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

You'll be expected to explore a large creative space quickly—developing genuinely different concepts, learning from performance, and using both traditional design and emerging AI tools to dramatically increase the speed and range of creative exploration.

• Creating environments, compositions, backgrounds, and supporting visual assets.

• Producing variations of existing concepts.

• Accelerating image editing and adaptation.

• Exploring creative directions before committing to full execution.

Our Mission and Vision

At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders — the ones shaping the digital economy — with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world.

We believe the future of payments is shaped by people who think big, take ownership, and bring curiosity and drive to everything they do. That’s exactly the kind of teammates we want on board.

We're building the #1 payment orchestrator in the world — and the names behind us prove it. Clients include Bolt, Ajax, Nova Post, MEGOGO. Trusted by giants like J.P. Morgan. Ranked #2 in the "Employer of the Year 2026" award by Forbes Ukraine.

About the Team and Role

We’re looking for a Lead Marketing Designer who will shape how Solidgate looks, feels, and is remembered.

You’ll get full ownership of Solidgate’s creative function, along with the resources and trust to build, change, and transform it. You’ll shape and evolve our visual language: a design code built on typography, color, composition, imagery, and motion that makes Solidgate recognizable at a glance, across every channel and at every scale.

This is a leadership role, not a task queue. You’ll set the art direction, create concepts for key marketing campaigns, lead a team of freelance designers, and build a clear process for design requests from marketing, sales, and content. Together, you’ll bring the brand to life across events, social, email, sales materials, and the website.

We’re making a big bet on marketing, and design is at its heart. No design for decoration. Fast execution and visible impact.

What you’ll own
— Building and leading Solidgate’s creative and brand function
— Art direction and the quality bar across everything we put out
— The brand: identity, guidelines, website visuals, and brand assets
— Concepts for key marketing campaigns, from idea to launch
— A team of contractors, and growing an in-house design team over time
— A clear process for design requests from marketing, sales, and content

You’re a great fit if you have
— 4+ years in design, including experience as a Lead, Art Director, or Creative Lead, ideally in B2B product companies, fintech/SaaS, or B2B marketing agencies
— Experience leading designers or freelancers: setting briefs, giving feedback, and owning the final result
— Strong grasp of typography, composition, layout, and branding fundamentals
— Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus experience preparing materials for print
— Video editing and motion skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) for short social content
— Strong understanding of modern AI tools and workflows, and the ability to build them into the design process
— Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities, and to make decisions without a detailed brief
— English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Nice to have
— Experience with web graphics and animation
— 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D)
— Experience creating or refreshing brand guidelines

Why it’s exciting:
Ownership from day one. The creative function is yours to build: vision, team, processes, and results.
No limits on tools or ideas. Experiment with AI, new formats, and bold solutions. Whatever drives results is welcome.
Ship fast, see impact. Your work goes straight into campaigns, emails, and sales materials, and you see the results every day.
Design that moves the business. You work side by side with the teams that bring in clients. You know the goal, you influence the metrics, and nothing is designed just for decoration.
Range. Social, presentations, events, product content, email. No two weeks look the same.
Room to scale. We’re growing fast and investing heavily in marketing, so your function grows with us.

💌 The Extras: 30+ days off, unlimited sick leave, free office meals, health coverage, and Apple gear to keep you productive. Courses, conferences, sports and wellness benefits — all designed for ideas, focus, and fun.

Tomorrow’s fintech needs your mindset. Come build it with us.

🫂 Know top talent? We’re always on the lookout. Refer someone for our role, and if they get hired, there’s a bonus waiting for you — simple as that.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning real products, technical features, and complex ideas into clear, sharp visual communication. You’ll work across e-commerce, product marketing, brand, and digital content, with room to take on more creative ownership as the role grows.
We’re looking for someone who cares about both how things look and whether they are represented correctly. Curiosity about technology and physical products matters here as much as strong visual taste.

• Strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Confident working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience creating digital marketing, e-commerce, product, or brand assets.
• Ability to simplify technical information and communicate it visually rather than relying on excessive copy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with physical products and technical features.
• Interest in technology, hardware, and consumer electronics, with the ability to understand how products work and ask the right questions when needed.
• Practical experience working with 3D assets and tools, including working with existing models, setting product views, adjusting cameras, materials, and lighting, and preparing renders for use in design.
• Ability to work independently, take feedback, and iterate quickly.
• English level: B1+

Nice to have

• Motion design and animation skills.
• Video editing experience.
• Experience creating content for Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience working with consumer electronics, hardware, automotive, smart home, or other technical products.
• Experience using AI tools as part of the creative workflow.

Why Join EVIQO

• Work in a fast-growing international product company.
• Make a direct impact on business growth.
• Freedom to take ownership and implement ideas.
• Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
• Fully remote work format.
• Working schedule: 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv time), including a 1-hour lunch break.

• Креативне і художнє бачення — відчуття стилю, правильний підбір кольорів і композиції, щоб картинка була не тільки красивою, а й сатисфайною/ASMRною
• Бажання експериментувати і пробувати те, що іншим здається неможливим;
