🎨 Graphic Designer | iGaming | Middle/Senior

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Graphic Designer with hands-on iGaming experience to join an international iGaming project.

You will work closely with Marketing, CRM, Affiliate and Product teams, creating high-performing visual content for acquisition, retention and brand communication.

About Us
Mamma Mia Covers is a US-based DTC company serving the American and Canadian markets, and the exclusive distributor of the Italian brand PAULATO by GA.I.CO in the US and Canada. Since 2018, we've built a recognizable brand in the slipcover category — patented product, two sales channels: Shopify (DTC website) and Amazon US. Featured in Inc. 5000, team of 40+ people, own warehouses in the US.

We're expanding into new product lines, new categories, and a growing volume of visual content. Content is one of our core sales drivers, and we're looking for someone to join our design team and help generate visuals end to end.

The Role
This is a hands-on production role with real ownership. You'll work closely with our design team to create product visuals using AI generation tools, then bring them to commercial quality in Photoshop and Figma. You'll take a visual from idea to final, publish-ready asset — from AI generation through retouching, color correction, and layout.

What You'll Do

AI-Assisted Content Creation

• Generate product visuals in different angles, interiors, and use-case scenes
• Create hero images, lifestyle content, and visuals for infographics
• Edit generated images: swap backgrounds, textures, and individual objects
• Locally edit specific areas of an image while keeping the rest of the scene intact (inpainting)
• Build sets of the same product in different colors and formats
• Test different generation approaches and pick the strongest result
• Upscale and prepare images at the resolution needed

Post-Production

• Retouching and fixing AI artifacts
• Color correction of the product against real photos and approved color swatches
• Adjust shape, proportions, perspective, lighting, and shadows for a natural result
• Recolor the product into collection colors while keeping texture, folds, and light consistent 
• Realistically add people, pets, or objects into finished scenes 
• Combining generations, photos, and 3D renders into one finished image 
• Preparing final images for the website, ads, and marketplaces

Graphic Design

• Building infographics, product cards, and comparison layouts in Figma
• Assembling layouts from generated, retouched, or 3D visuals
• Adapting layouts across different formats, platforms, and sizes
• Working within our existing visual style and brand guidelines

Task & Team Work

• Working from briefs, references, and product requirements
• Preparing a couple of options when a task calls for choosing a direction
• Revising work based on internal review feedback
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and status updates in Asana

What We're Looking For
 Must have

• 1+ year of relevant experience (design, retouching, AI-generated content, or similar) — commercial, in-house, or strong freelance projects
• Practical experience generating and editing images with AI tools, including prompt writing and image-to-image / inpainting workflows
• Confident working knowledge of Photoshop: layers, masks, retouching, and color correction
• Comfortable working in Figma — able to assemble infographics and product layouts independently
• A portfolio with relevant examples, and the ability to explain your contribution and process
• Intermediate+ English — enough to work with interfaces, prompts, and technical documentation
• Willingness to complete a short test task close to real team work

• Any experience with video generation, motion design, or ComfyUI

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with exceptional visual craftsmanship who can elevate the quality of digital products through thoughtful interface design.

This role focuses on visual direction, UI craftsmanship, interaction design, rapid concept exploration, and high-quality execution across web, mobile, and SaaS products. Two brands, two audiences, one design function — yours.

The role
 

We are building our marketing department from scratch, and design is where most of it becomes visible. You will be the person who turns our products, projects and pitches into something people actually want to look at.
 

Roughly two thirds of your work is digital: landing pages, website design and ad creative. The rest is presentations and brand collateral — sales decks, product one-pagers, trade fair materials. You will work closely with our PPC Specialist (who needs creative that converts) and with sales (who need decks that win meetings).
 

This is a builder's role. Our brand systems exist but are young. You will not just execute inside a finished style guide — you will help finish it.
 

What you will do

Web & landing page design

• Design landing pages for paid campaigns and organic traffic across both brands — conversion-oriented, mobile-first, built around a clear message hierarchy
• Own the visual design of our websites (pillar-de.com, betsa.de): page layouts, component design, iterative improvements
• [Build and maintain pages directly in our CMS / Hand off designs to development — specify]

Graphic & brand design

• Maintain an organised, accessible asset library — the team should find the right logo, image or template without asking you

What we are looking for

Must have

• A portfolio that shows web/landing page design and presentation or brand collateral work — we need both, not a specialist in one
• 3+ years of professional design experience, agency or in-house
• Strong command of Figma plus Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Genuine web design competence: responsive layout, type at scale, understanding of what is realistic to build and how design decisions affect load speed and conversion

What success looks like

First 30 days: You have audited the existing assets for both brands, identified what is inconsistent or missing, and delivered your first landing page and first deck.

First 90 days: Both brands have a working template system — slides, ad formats, one-pagers — and campaign creative ships on the PPC schedule rather than holding it up.

First 6 months: Anyone in the company can produce an on-brand document without designing from scratch, and our landing pages and decks look like they belong to companies twice our size.

This role will have a heavy focus on commercial real estate and real estate development, including property branding, brochures, pitch decks, presentations, offering materials, digital campaigns, and other sales and marketing collateral.

We’re looking for someone senior enough to take a project from a loose brief to a polished final product without needing constant creative direction.
