We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our International Logistics Team. The primary focus of this position is to guide customers through the car shipping process and provide exceptional support if logistical challenges arise.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with online questions, issues, website navigation, order tracking via email, phone, chat etc. as needed.
- Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying customer’s needs.
- Act as the face of the Company to influence customers to order from us again.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in both English and Russian
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
Terms & Schedule:
- Employment: Full-time, long-term B2B contract
- Working Hours: 14:00 CET - 23:00 CET.
- Holidays: We follow the US calendar (all US public holidays are observed days off)
