AI Prompt Engineer

We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer / AI Integration Engineer with hands-on experience using modern LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms.

The role will focus on applying AI capabilities to engineering web applications, specifically drilling and completion software.

Responsibilities

Identify practical AI use cases for drilling and completion software.

Design, test, and improve prompts using ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools.

Support integration of AI features into engineering web applications.

Work with product, engineering, and domain teams to validate AI outputs.

Help define best practices for AI-assisted workflows and responsible AI usage.

Skills

Must have

Practical experience with modern LLM and GenAI tools/platforms, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, or similar.

Strong prompt engineering skills.

Experience applying AI tools to real business, engineering, or software development use cases.

Understanding of how AI/LLM capabilities can be integrated into web applications.

Ability to design AI-assisted workflows, prompts, and response validation approaches.

Good understanding of web application concepts.

Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with drilling, completion, oil & gas, or other engineering software.

Experience with AI assistants, copilots, workflow automation, or decision-support tools.

Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, React, or similar technologies.

Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted development tools.

Experience working with technical documentation, engineering data, or domain-specific knowledge bases.
