The Opportunity

We are a $120M+/year eCommerce brand built entirely on paid ads and direct response creative.

Every dollar of that revenue starts with an ad concept — and we’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own that front line.

This is not a “make content” role.

You will research real customers, engineer concepts, write hooks and scripts, brief world-class editors, and watch your ideas get tested with unlimited ad spend within days — with full performance data flowing back to you.

The feedback loop most strategists wait years for, you get every single week.

We build, scale, and operate ultra high-growth D2C subscription brands in health and wellness — with elite speed, data-driven decisions, and precise execution.

Our flagship skincare brand launched in late 2024 and scaled faster than 99% of brands could ever dream of.

It is now driving $120M+ in annual revenue across the US, Spanish, and DACH markets through Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and AppLovin.

We did not start as a beauty company — we started as operators.

Since 2019, we have been running the same playbook: find high-growth D2C categories, build fast, and scale what works into a full brand powerhouse.

 

You would be joining our creative department — a tight, Navy SEALs-like unit of 2 creative strategists and a Creative Director.

We also have 20+ editors producing every ad we run, embedded in a fully remote company of 80+ people globally.

Your concepts will not just feed one brand — they will help build the frameworks for every brand we launch next.

Real spend, real data, real fast

Your concepts will go live with multiple 7-figure monthly ad budgets. You will learn more in 90 days here than in 2 years anywhere else.

Full-funnel exposure

You will work across TOF, MOF, BOF, advertorials, quiz funnels, and AI-powered production pipelines. You will see how a 9-figure machine actually runs from the inside.

You will work with cutting-edge, highly talented strategists, editors, and media buyers who hold each other to a standard most people could not even imagine.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Ideation

  • Mine customer language from reviews, surveys, and comments to find angles that actually move people.
  • Reverse-engineer winning brands daily, maintain a swipe file, and stay on top of every winning format.
  • Develop concepts across audience segments, prioritizing big swings over safe iterations.
  • Find new audiences and unlock diverse scale.

2. Briefing & Scripting

  • Write hooks, scripts, and ad copy designed to unlock cold traffic scale.
  • Produce clear, editor-ready briefs that can be executed without back-and-forth.
  • Maintain high weekly output across both volume and quality.

3. Performance Analysis & Iteration

  • Analyze creative data weekly to understand why winners win and losers lose.
  • Iterate aggressively on winners through new hooks, formats, and audience angles.

4. AI Generation & Process Building

  • Work with editors, media buyers, and the CMO/Creative Director in fast weekly creative sprints.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to increase output, speed, and creative leverage.
  • Ensure every output meets the quality bar and ships on time.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with editors, media buyers, the Creative Director, and the CMO in tight weekly sprints.
  • Make sure creative work moves fast, stays aligned, and meets the required standard.

 

Who We’re Looking For

Experience & Skillset

  • 1–3+ years in creative strategy, direct response copywriting, or paid social creative for eCommerce brands.
  • Or you are a junior with undeniable hunger and raw talent — we train winners.
  • Solid understanding of direct response marketing fundamentals.
  • You have studied the greats — Makepeace, Collier, Ogilvy, Hopkins, Schwartz, Georgi, and others.
  • You know what a winning Meta ad looks like before the data confirms it.
  • Strong English: you can communicate at a native level in both speaking and writing.

 

How You Operate

  • Speed is key: you decide fast, execute fast, and never need to be chased.
  • You own the outcome: no handholding, no excuses; you step outside your lane to make things happen.
  • You are an idea generator: you bring frequent ideas, good or bad, and always push forward.
  • You watch ads for fun and dissect why they work.
  • You raise the bar: you only ship work you are proud of, never ChatGPT slop you have not questioned.
  • Your briefs are so clear that an editor can nail them on the first pass.
  • AI and systems are your best friend: you find leverage in tools like Claude every single day instead of grinding manually.
  • You are coachable and hungry: you want brutal, honest feedback because it makes you better faster, and you do not take it personally.

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience with wellness and health eCommerce offers.
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows, including Claude and image/video generation pipelines.

     

Location

Fully remote across EST, CET, and Dubai time zones.

Work from anywhere within these ranges.
