About the Role

Looking for a great opportunity to enter the digital sphere without prior experience or perfect Spanish/English skills? Our team is expanding for a brand-new project! We are seeking a Chat Manager to assist our users in messengers. Communication is entirely text-based, so you won't have to make any calls. We bridge the language gap using AI tools and automated translators, and we'll teach you exactly how to use them.

What You Will Do:

• Consult users in WhatsApp and chats (strictly no voice/no calls).
• Operate within internal company software and platforms.
• Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow for seamless translations.
• Maintain service standards and hit your daily performance targets (KPIs).
• Deliver a "wow-effect" experience to every customer.
