About the Role
We are inviting a Chat Operator to join the team of our new international project. Proficiency in Spanish or other specific languages is not required โ we have built our communication pipeline around advanced AI tools and online translators that automate the process. Your role is to manage this flow, act as an attentive text operator, and assist users. This position involves absolutely no cold or hot calling.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work full shifts (8 hours a day).
- Workspace essentials: a functional PC/laptop + stable internet.
- High self-discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly master company workflows and strictly follow protocols.
- Basic PC proficiency.
- Background in customer service is an asset but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming text requests from users via messengers and WhatsApp.
- Navigating internal CRM systems and proprietary tools (comprehensive training provided).
- Utilizing AI-powered software for prompt and accurate message translation.
- Adhering to internal regulations and hitting key metrics (KPIs).
- Ensuring a top-tier customer service experience.
