The Role
 

The company is seeking a Performance Motion Designer who can transform concepts into attention-grabbing, conversion-focused video content at the speed and scale required by modern paid social advertising.
 

The successful candidate will create UGC-style ads, short-form videos, native and advertorial content, and motion graphics optimized for Meta platforms and adaptable to TikTok, native advertising channels, and emerging platforms.
 

This is a performance-focused role rather than a traditional brand marketing position. Success is measured through engagement and conversion metrics such as hook rate, retention, CTR, and downstream performance. The role requires rapid iteration, data-driven decision-making, and extensive use of AI-powered creative tools. Candidates are expected to stay at the forefront of new AI technologies and continuously refine their workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Produce high-volume, high-quality performance-focused video and motion creative for paid social campaigns, including UGC-style ads, short-form videos, motion-enhanced statics, and native/advertorial content.
  • Develop compelling hooks that capture attention within the first 1โ€“3 seconds and communicate value quickly, even in sound-off environments.
  • Create assets across multiple formats and placements, including 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9 ratios, tailored to each platform.
  • Operate within an AI-powered production workflow using advanced AI video, image, voice, and editing tools.
  • Rapidly iterate on creative concepts by scaling winning ideas into multiple variants and generating new tests based on performance insights.
  • Edit and animate video content, including 2D motion graphics and character animation where appropriate.
  • Apply strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic techniques to enhance creative effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with creative strategists and media buyers to translate performance data into stronger creative concepts.
  • Maintain high-quality standards while managing multiple clients and verticals simultaneously.

     

Requirements
 

  • 4+ years of experience in video editing and motion design. Experience in performance marketing, paid social advertising, DTC brands, or UGC production is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in current AI creative tools and a genuine passion for adopting new technologies. Experience with AI video generation platforms (Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Higgsfield), image generation tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream), voice and audio platforms (ElevenLabs), and AI-assisted editing tools (CapCut, Descript, Adobe Firefly) is expected.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken. The role involves creating content for English-speaking markets, adapting copy and captions, and collaborating with international teams on a daily basis.
  • Deep understanding of content performance on Meta, TikTok, and other short-form video platforms.
  • Strong creative judgment combined with a performance-oriented mindset and focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and workflows independently.
  • Experience with 3D design or animation is considered an advantage.
  • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating short-form video, motion design, or performance marketing creative work.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
