What you’ll do

• Manage international exhibition stand projects from concept to on-site delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate suppliers, production teams and internal stakeholders.
• Keep projects on track, managing timelines, budgets and priorities.
• Ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Solve challenges quickly and keep everything moving.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in the exhibition or event industry.
• Experience managing client-facing projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
