ABOUT THE ROLE
Now we are looking for an Affiliate Manager with a strong SEO background and an existing network of partners in the UK and Netherlands markets for our partner - a fast-growing iGaming holding with 9 active brands across Tier-1 markets. Over the last two years they've scaled from 14 to 400 people โ and not slowing down. Their current focus is aggressive expansion across Tier-1 GEOs with a clear path to $1M+ monthly affiliate spend.
What you'll do:
- Source and onboard new SEO partners across UK and NL markets
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, improving placement quality and conversion
- Create custom pre-landers and work closely with partners to optimize acquisition funnels
- Analyze traffic performance and hit target KPIs on ROAS and FTD volume
- Own the full affiliate pipeline โ from outreach to payout
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in SEO affiliate traffic acquisition in Tier-1 markets, specifically UK and/or NL
- An active, relevant base of SEO partners you can bring to the table immediately
- Hands-on knowledge of partner sourcing tools โ Ahrefs, Google search operators, partner platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROAS, FTD quality, and spend efficiency
- High autonomy, ownership mentality, and "done is better than perfect" approach
- Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking setup
