Your role

We are looking for an Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive person with experience in managing financial transactions and vendor relationships. This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is attentive, energetic, and ready to grow and learn within the field of finance.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a related field;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced knowledge, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools will be a plus;
• Understanding of GAAP: Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes;
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or others;
• English Level: Upper Intermediate;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Will be a strong plus:

• Experience with full-cycle accounting operations across multiple legal entities;
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and multi-currency reporting;
• Experience in financial reporting and supporting board-level materials.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
• Preparing reconciliation AP reports (monthly) and occasionally reconciliations with Vendors;
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies, payment delays, and financial issues;
• Posting of source documents and bank statements in Odoo;
• Engagement in other financial activities.
