Growth Marketing Manager/Head of Growth

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager/Head of Growth to become the right hand of our CMO and build a scalable lead generation engine from the ground up.

This role combines performance marketing, website development, and project management. You will be responsible for launching and optimizing marketing campaigns, building high-converting funnels, and coordinating cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
• Build and optimize the company website from scratch, including structure, information architecture, SEO, and lead generation strategy
• Design and implement sales funnels and Customer Journey Maps (CJMs)
• Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, and content) to deliver marketing projects
• Break down projects into actionable tasks, manage execution, and ensure timely delivery
• Work with ICPs and develop targeted acquisition strategies for specific customer segments (e.g., PSPs and Blockchain companies)
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize lead generation channels

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience building websites from scratch and working with SEO
• Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and customer journeys
• Strong project management skills, including task decomposition and cross-functional team coordination
• Experience working in B2B environments
• Experience in the Blockchain or Crypto industry

Nice to Have

• Intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Experience with Telegram and X (Twitter)
• Understanding of website architecture and technical marketing concepts
• Experience launching a new product or brand from scratch
