ML Engineer

We are looking for a ML Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building real-world AI/ML solutions. This role is a great fit for someone who combines strong technical expertise, product thinking, and the ability to work in a lean startup environment.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for an internal platform used to optimize marketing operations and business workflows.

• Build models and intelligent features that help teams analyze performance, identify patterns, improve decision-making, and automate routine processes.

• Work on ML solutions for forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, recommendation logic, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering teams to understand business needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.

• Test hypotheses quickly, build MVPs, and improve solutions iteratively based on data and feedback.

• Contribute to building scalable AI/ML systems that support the growth of different business directions.

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of commercial experience in ML engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Solid knowledge of software engineering practices: testing, code quality, Git, and CI/CD.

• Experience working on ML solutions for forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, recommendations, optimization, or similar business-focused tasks.

• Practical experience with data analysis, model development, evaluation, and deployment.

• Ability to think not only as an engineer, but also from a product and business perspective.

• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where hypotheses are tested quickly and solutions are improved iteratively.

• Ownership mindset and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
