Product Manager
Niko Technologies is a licensed European FinTech payment provider and the world's first supplier of White-Label solutions built on blockchain technologies. We are reshaping the financial sector by developing innovative products for e-commerce, retail, and crypto transactions.
We are currently expanding our horizons and looking for a driven Assistant Product Manager to launch and develop a brand-new business direction! This is a unique opportunity to kickstart or significantly accelerate your career in product management, building a large-scale project from scratch under the mentorship of an experienced PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take part in all stages of the product lifecycle — from ideation and brainstorming to release and metrics analysis.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and identify new growth opportunities for our business line.
- Gather, structure, and write clear product requirements and specifications (PRDs/PRs) for developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor task execution and facilitate effective cross-departmental communication.
- Monitor key product metrics, prepare performance reports, and form hypotheses to drive product improvements.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has a basic understanding of product metrics, software development methodologies (Scrum/Agile), and the IT product lifecycle.
- Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and structurally (both verbally and written in the form of technical tasks).
- Demonstrates high self-organization, proactivity, and an analytical mindset.
Would be a huge plus:
- Experience in the Gaming / GameDev industry.
- Experience in High-Risk domains (iGaming, Crypto, PSP, acquiring, etc.).
