Softsich is an international product technology company that develops scalable digital B2B platforms.
We are looking for an Employee Experience & Internal Communications Specialist who will help develop our corporate culture through strong internal communications, team initiatives, and employee experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
β Developing and implementing Employee Experience and Employee Engagement strategies aligned with company goals.
β Planning and developing engagement programs for remote, hybrid, and office-based teams.
β Building and improving the internal communications system.
β Organizing corporate events, team buildings, strategic sessions, and leadership events.
β Developing office communities in Kyiv and Warsaw.
β Integrating company values into internal communications, programs, and team initiatives.
β Analyzing employee engagement levels, survey results, and preparing improvement plans.
β Coordinating cross-functional projects together with HR, People Team, PR, Finance, and team leaders.
β Managing program budgets, working with vendors, and controlling the quality of initiative delivery.
β Searching for and implementing new formats of interaction that strengthen corporate culture and employee experience.
Itβs a match if you have:
β 3+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Internal Communications, HR, Employer Branding, or Corporate Communications.
β Experience developing and implementing internal communication campaigns.
β Hands-on experience building employee engagement programs.
β Experience organizing corporate, team, and leadership events.
β Understanding of corporate culture development and employee experience principles.
β Experience working with engagement metrics (eNPS, participation rate, satisfaction score) and analyzing survey results.
βExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with different stakeholders.
β Experience managing budgets and working with vendors.
β Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
β English - Intermediate+ (B1βB2).
β Excellent communication skills, systems thinking, and a proactive approach to work.
