Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development (SDR), Business Development, IT Recruitment, or a similar client-facing role within the IT industry.
  • Experience working with IT outsourcing and/or outstaffing services.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified meetings or sales opportunities through outbound activities.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern lead generation tools.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales pipelines.
  • Understanding of software development processes, technologies, and common engineering roles.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting personalized, account-based outreach campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication and persuasive messaging skills.
  • Strong self-organization and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on business outcomes rather than activity metrics alone.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective clients that may require software engineering talent.
  • Conduct highly personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Present suitable developer profiles and engineering capabilities as solutions to clients' business needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, including founders, CTOs, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the management and sales team.
  • Handle objections and maintain communication throughout the lead generation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect engagement in the CRM.
  • Continuously improve outreach approaches, messaging, and prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align lead generation efforts with company goals.

This function encompasses strategic market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs, as well as the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
