Tech Lead / Founding Engineer (AI Products)

We build real AI products in production — agentic LLM pipelines, full-stack apps, data-driven systems. Live products already running, new ones launching from scratch.

What you'll do:
— Architect multiple products simultaneously
— Design and maintain LLM pipelines and agentic workflows
— Write code + mentor the team + communicate with business
— Launch new projects with the right foundation from day one

Stack: Python / TypeScript / Node, Docker, GCP/AWS, CI/CD, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, evals

We're looking for:
— 5+ years in prod, 2+ years as lead/senior
— Hands-on LLM in production (not demos)
— Backend + frontend architecture experience
— English B2+

Nice to have: speech/audio, computer vision, multi-tenant systems
