We are looking for an ambitious Head of Marketing who can help us strengthen our market position, generate qualified opportunities, and build a scalable marketing function.

 

Position Overview

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing Cyber Beeโ€™s marketing strategy, strengthening our brand, defining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), generating qualified leads, and implementing modern AI-powered marketing processes.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role combining branding, content, demand generation, partnerships, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute  marketing strategy.
  • Define and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth channels.
  • Align marketing activities with business and revenue goals.

Brand Positioning

  • Strengthen  positioning within AI, Blockchain, FinTech, and Software Development.
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions.
  • Differentiate us from traditional outsourcing and outstaffing companies.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Build and manage the content strategy.
  • Create and oversee:
    • Case studies
    • Blog articles
    • LinkedIn content
    • Industry reports
    • Website content
    • Email campaigns
  • Support the personal branding of company leadership.

Lead Generation

  • Develop systems for generating qualified B2B leads.
  • Improve inbound lead acquisition.
  • Support outbound campaigns with marketing assets.
  • Create lead nurturing and conversion workflows.

Email Marketing

  • Develop newsletter strategies.
  • Build and optimize email campaigns.
  • Design automated follow-up sequences.
  • Improve lead engagement and conversion rates.

Partnership Marketing

  • Build strategic partnerships with:
    • Venture Capital firms
    • Accelerators
    • Incubators
    • Consulting firms
    • Technology providers
    • Industry associations
  • Create co-marketing initiatives and referral programs.

AI-Powered Marketing

  • Research and implement AI tools for:
    • Content creation
    • Market research
    • Lead generation
    • Personalization
    • Marketing automation
    • Analytics
  • Continuously improve marketing efficiency using AI.

Analytics & Performance

  • Define and track marketing KPIs.
  • Build reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign performance.
  • Optimize marketing spend and ROI.

Required Experience

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in:
    • Software Development
    • SaaS
    • AI
    • Blockchain
    • FinTech
    • Technology Services
  • Proven experience generating qualified B2B leads.
  • Strong content marketing experience.
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing software development services.
  • Experience selling to startups and enterprise clients.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, Closely, Rely, or similar platforms.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven marketing workflows.
  • Existing network within the startup or venture ecosystem.
