About the Role
As a Promo Manager, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing promotional campaigns for online casino players. You will work closely with CRM, VIP, Product, and Marketing teams to create engaging offers, improve player retention, and support business growth.
This role is ideal for someone with iGaming experience who wants to further develop their expertise in promotions and player engagement.
Responsibilities
• Develop and launch promotional campaigns, tournaments, cashback offers, bonus programs, and special events
• Maintain and update the promotional calendar
• Create and improve bonus mechanics and promotional activities
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Analyze promotional results and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with CRM, VIP, Product, Design, and Marketing teams
• Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends
• Prepare requirements for promotions and ensure accurate implementation
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities
• Support the execution of retention and engagement initiatives
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming as a Promo Manager, CRM Manager, Retention Manager, or in a similar role
• Understanding of promotional mechanics in online casino products
• Experience working with bonuses, free spins, cashback campaigns, tournaments, and player promotions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic analytical skills and ability to work with reports and performance metrics
• Understanding of key iGaming metrics such as GGR, NGR, Retention Rate, and ROI
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
• Experience with CRM systems
• Understanding of player segmentation principles
• Experience with loyalty programs and retention campaigns
