We are looking for a Middle Influencer Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, streamers, and opinion leaders across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

You will drive influencer campaigns from sourcing and negotiations to launch, optimization, and performance analysis, helping grow brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

 

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

 

  • Identify, research, and recruit influencers, content creators, and community leaders across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and agency partners.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and KPIs.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, budgets, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
  • Manage influencer communications throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Design, Content, Product, and Performance Marketing teams to develop effective campaign concepts and creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, traffic quality, and conversion results.
  • Analyze influencer effectiveness and provide recommendations for scaling successful partnerships.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, new creators, and growth opportunities.
  • Track budgets, campaign spend, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.

 

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

 

  • 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Creator Partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience managing collaborations with influencers, bloggers, streamers, or content creators.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube ecosystems.
  • Experience negotiating partnership agreements and managing campaign budgets.
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, Reach, Engagement Rate, and Conversions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with influencer discovery and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience in Crypto, Fintech, iGaming, Betting, or Web3 industries will be considered an advantage.
  • English level B2+ (written and spoken).
