We are looking for an HR Generalist who will help maintain and improve the company's HR processes while ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. We are seeking someone who values structure, enjoys working with processes, and is proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Administer employee HR processes, including leave requests, sick leave, employee documentation, and internal requests.
- Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and internal databases.
- Support internal HR communications and assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
- Support payroll processes in cooperation with the Finance team.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data and internal reporting.
Employee Experience & Process Improvement
- Participate in the development and improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback.
- Organize internal events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Support initiatives aimed at strengthening company culture and employee engagement.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
Assist with the implementation of new HR tools and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience managing HR processes and supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of core HR practices and employee experience principles.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
