We are looking for a Retention Product Owner to lead the development of player retention, engagement, and reactivation products within our Casino vertical.

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing Player LTV and Net Gaming Revenue by evolving our bonus ecosystem, gamification mechanics, personalization capabilities, and automated CRM communications. Working on top of an established B2B platform and CRM stack, you will define and execute the retention product strategy while influencing the entire player lifecycle.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Own and develop the Retention product roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to improve player retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Design and optimize bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, tournaments, missions, and gamification features.
  • Generate, validate, and prioritize product hypotheses.
  • Analyze product and CRM performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Run and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
  • Work closely with CRM, BI, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Prepare product requirements and support feature delivery

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • 1+ year of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Retention Lead in iGaming.
  • Hands-on experience in the Casino vertical.
  • Strong understanding of key iGaming metrics: LTV, NGR, GGR, Retention, Churn, and Bonus Cost.
  • Experience with product backlog management and prioritization.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with A/B testing.
  • Experience working with CRM and BI teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • English level sufficient for working in an international environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Smartico, Customer.io, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience working with B2B gaming platforms.
  • Experience in regulated Tier-1 markets.
