Snowflake Cortex Developer (Mid/Senior)

About the Role

We are looking for a Snowflake Cortex Developer to join a long-term project focused on building AI-powered analytics and insight-generation solutions on top of the Snowflake platform.

You will work with Snowflake's latest AI capabilities, including Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Semantic Models, and Snowflake Agents, helping design and implement intelligent data experiences that enable natural language querying, automated insights, and agentic workflows.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Snowflake Cortex
• Build and maintain Snowflake Agents
• Implement solutions leveraging Cortex Analyst and Cortex Search
• Design and optimize Semantic Models and Semantic Views
• Enable natural language interaction with enterprise data
• Develop agentic workflows and insight-generation capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Snowflake solutions
• Ensure performance, maintainability, and security of implemented solutions

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex
• Experience with:
  • Cortex Analyst
  • Cortex Search
  • AI-powered applications on Snowflake
• Experience building and deploying Snowflake Agents
• Strong understanding of Semantic Models and Semantic Views
• Experience implementing natural language querying and AI-driven analytics solutions
• Proven commercial experience with Snowflake (candidates without Snowflake experience will not be considered)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• English level B2 or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
• Experience designing enterprise analytics and insight-generation platforms
• Strong Python skills
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, or similar environments
