We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will discover valuable insights from marketing data, help our team make data-driven decisions, and improve marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, loves working with data, and has strong technical skills in marketing analytics.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a marketing analyst
- Expert knowledge of GA4 and GTM (Server Side is required).
- Strong understanding of main marketing channels (Paid, Organic, Email).
- Skilled in writing, optimizing, and using complex SQL queries for large datasets. Ability to use SQL effectively for data cleaning, transformation, and preparation.
- Experience using Python(Pandas, Plotly) for data analysis. Familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.
- Practical experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms. Able to create clear visualizations to present complex insights.
- Understanding of consent management platforms.
- English proficiency: at least upper-intermediate level (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, including marketing managers and analysts.
- Solid knowledge of statistics and practical experience with A/B testing.
Nice to have:
- Job experience in a product company.
- Experience with GCP
Key tasks:
- Analyze marketing campaigns and provide clear recommendations to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by analyzing user behaviour, anomalies, and A/B test results.
- Automate analytical tasks and create reports in BI tools based on marketing data models.
- Regularly review key marketing metrics and provide hypotheses for future analyses.
- Support the PPC team in tracking and improving the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement an effective attribution model for our SaaS product.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to address critical business questions in a timely manner.
