Who we are

We’re a fully remote team of 100+ people building and scaling D2C health & wellness brands at speed. Seranova is our flagship — a skincare brand that went from zero to one of the fastest-growing subscription brands in the space. We move fast, make data-driven decisions, and we’re not done yet.

 

The role

We’ve built a strong paid media foundation. Now we need someone to take it to the next level — not just manage what exists, but build the systems, channels, and measurement infrastructure that will carry us to $500M and beyond.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You’ll own performance marketing strategy end-to-end, work closely with our CMO, and be the person who makes sure every dollar we spend is working as hard as it can.

 

What you’ll own

Channel expansion
Test and build out new channels — Native, CTV, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and beyond. Own the full structure end-to-end: page copy, tracking setup, creatives. Company resources follow traction, not hypotheses.

Ad account performance
Daily opportunity audits across accounts — spend allocation, creative testing, whitelisting, partnership ads, bidding structures. You spot inefficiencies before they become problems.

Measurement & attribution
Build multi-touch attribution models that tell us where our next dollar is best spent. Run incrementality studies via geo-based holdouts. Own the media spend forecast model. Make sure our data is clean enough to trust.

 

Unit economics
Own Day 0 CAC and contribution margin by channel. Judge channels on retention-adjusted CAC, not just Day 0. You own a number, not just an analysis.

People
Manage media buyers and specialists across owned channels — in-house and agency. Set direction, hold output, develop the team.

 

Who you are

You’ve come from a high 8-figure or 9-figure brand — or a brand group operating at that level. You might be a performance marketing manager, media buying manager, acquisition lead, or head of growth looking for a bigger seat.

You know paid media inside out — Meta, Google, Amazon, and the channels beyond. You’ve built attribution models with your own hands. You understand that CAC on day zero and CAC on day 90 are very different numbers, and you’ve built systems around that insight.

You move fast, you’re comfortable with ambiguity, and you’d rather ship and learn than wait for perfect conditions.

And beyond the skills — you’re someone who genuinely cares about the work. The kind of person who thinks about the problem on a Tuesday evening not because they have to, but because they’re actually interested in solving it.
