As EverHelp is actively building its product portfolio, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team working on an AI customer service products. The mission of this role is to manage the product backlog, describe and validate user flows, connect business, design, and development teams.

 

The working schedule is 10:00-19:00 Kyiv time, remote.

 

Your future responsibilities include:

  • Manage the product backlog: epics, user stories, prioritization, dependencies, and sprint planning;
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and out-of-scope sections before development starts;
  • Map user journeys, including AS-IS and TO-BE flows, and identify logical conflicts before they reach development;
  • Review UX flows and product mockups to find friction points, missing states, unclear logic, or potential user experience issues;
  • Describe and standardize workflows, including AI agent, Copilot, analytics, and integrations;
  • Communicate with developers on requirements, API contracts, expected behavior, and acceptance testing;
  • Work closely with design to make sure product ideas are translated into clear and logical user flows;
  • Conduct competitor and market research and turn findings into structured recommendations.

Needed experience & skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar roles in SaaS, AI, or product companies;
  • English level - B2 or higher;
  • Experience with product discovery: JTBD, customer interviews, problem framing, and ability to distinguish a real problem;
  • Strong requirements management skills: PRD/BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and out-of-scope documentation;
  • Experience with workflow and journey mapping: AS-IS/TO-BE flows, user scenarios, dependencies, and logical gaps;
  • Understanding of UX fundamentals and ability to conduct an argumented UX review of product flows or mockups;
  • Ability to create lo-fi or mid-fi wireframes in Figma, Miro, or similar tools;
  • Experience with prioritization frameworks such as RICE, ICE, Must Have/Should have/Could have, Opportunity Scoring, or similar;
  • Ability to define success metrics for a feature, read dashboards, and identify anomalies in product data;
  • Basic SQL knowledge, including SELECT and JOIN, to work with data independently in simple cases;
  • API literacy: ability to read Swagger, understand request/response logic, and check endpoint behavior in Postman;
  • Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar;
  • Understanding of AI product basics: LLMs, prompts, latency, fallback logic, confidence score, and ability to ask the right questions to engineers.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience working with AI/LLM products as a PM, BA, or Product Owner;
  • Experience in customer support, CX, or tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar;
  • Experience building analytical dashboards in Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar tools;
  • Experience launching a product from scratch.
