Senior Finance Manager

What you’ll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the company;
• Own cash flow planning and provide visibility into the company’s financial position;
• Build and maintain financial models, scenario planning, and business forecasts;
• Analyze unit economics, key business metrics, and growth opportunities;
• Partner with founders and department leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making;
• Develop and improve financial reporting, controls, and performance management processes;
• Support investor reporting, and strategic finance projects;
• Work closely with accounting, tax, legal, and external finance partners;
• Drive automation and implementation of modern finance tools and reporting systems;
• Contribute to building and scaling the future finance team and function.
   

About you

• 4+ years of experience in Finance, including experience in a high-growth startup, product, or digital business;
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis;
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback period, contribution margin);
• Experience building financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks;
• Experience working with international entities, tax structures, and compliance requirements;
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations;
• Experience supporting investor relations, or strategic finance initiatives;
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems;
• Leadership potential and willingness to take increasing ownership as the company grows
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment;
• English level B2+.
   

Nice to have

• ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA (completed or in progress);
• Previous experience managing or mentoring finance team members.
